IDENTITY DOCUMENT, original and copy;
RNA EXAMINATION REGISTRATION FORM completed by you;
MEDICAL CERTIFICATE, issued no more than 3 months before the date of registration for the exam, with the mention "Fit to drive a pleasure boat with a motor" and attesting to the state of health, especially in terms of visual and auditory acuity and PSYCHOLOGICAL OPINION for Examination Romanian Naval Authority;
PROOF OF PAYMENT OF THE PARTICIPATION FEE AT THE ASSESSMENT SESSION according to the legal regulations (the number and date of the receipt are noted on the registration form);
LAST STUDY DIPLOMA, original and copy;
CERTIFICATE OF GRADUATION OF TRAINING COURSES, original and copy;
RECREATIONAL BOAT DRIVER CERTIFICATE, where applicable, if you already have a category;
2 PICTURES passport type;
